Heard on the DKNY Be Delicious commercial: Does It Rain (Where You Are)

DKNY is celebrating the 5th birthday of Be Delicious!

Because of that, there have been more than several blogs holding contests to give away the yummy perfume. I’ve heard of Be Delicious many times, but I haven’t actually tried it. Seeing as my favorite scent is also fruit-based—I love Bench’s Bratsplash Kiwi Body Mist!—I joined the contests; who knows, maybe I’ll win, yes?

So anyway. Because of these contests, I was reminded of the recent version of their advertisement again. Which in turn reminded me of the ear candy they used in the background.

I love, love, LOVE the music they used in the Be Delicious commercial! I can’t help but nod to it, and it sounds so light and fresh. I found myself replaying the video over and over in youtube just to listen to the song.

Until I decided: I HAD to hear the full version of this song. I took a line of lyrics like I usually do when looking for songs I didn’t know the title to, but wanted to have. I thought Google-ing it would be easy-peasy—as is Google-ing most anything, nowadays—BUT NO. I almost couldn’t find it anywhere!

But I persisted. AND I CAME OUT VICTORIOUS!!! Muhahaha!

The song in DKNY Be Delicious video, my friends, is Does It Rain (Where You Are). It is now in my Rainy Day Rain Playist! Again, I took the liberty of typing out the lyrics because I couldn’t find it anywhere.
