After going SCUBA diving last November, I kept wishing that I could get a certification. But, of course, stuff like that costs a lot. And I mean a LOT.

But then here comes Divemaster Noel Garlan offering the next best thing, for a price that’s infintely cheaper than usual.

He will be conducting a 2-session Basic Skin Diving course which will combine classroom instruction and practical in-water experience. This course will get you certification by CMAS, one of the prestigious and oldest dive organizations in the world.
