Personally, I didn't like the first few eps of the anime version. Ayako Kawasumi just wasn't able to portray Nodame very well, but maybe about 5 episodes later, she got into the character. And then it was good. :D <br /><br />you got the time estimates a little wrong though. <br />For the drama, the first and last eps are almost 1 hour, around 47 minutes for the rest.
